This coffee comes from the Kintamani plateau, in the heart of the island, at the foot of Mount Batur on volcanic soil. Thanks to a collaboration with the Klasik Beans cooperative, it is designed for espresso and combines the best varieties of Typica, Caturra, Line S , and Timor hybrid beans .
Founded in 2008 in Java , the Klasik Beans cooperative promotes values of quality , human dignity, and respect for the environment . Its coffees are grown using organic and fair-trade farming practices, preserving Indonesian cultural heritage.
