Its advanced oxidation gives it a ripe fruit aroma, and the final roasting adds a touch of toast . It also displays floral notes typical of Taiwanese teas, and honeyed notes reminiscent of great high-altitude Oolongs. This tea has a lovely length on the palate and a refreshing finish . Its rich texture and supple tannins make it a very pleasant tea to drink in the afternoon. It is recommended to enjoy it in multiple infusions !
Red Oolong will improve even more over time if you store it in good conditions, away from heat , light and odors .
